The Bureau of Infrastructure and Transport Research Economics (BITRE) provides economic analysis, research and statistics on infrastructure and transport issues to inform Australian Government policy development and wider community understanding.

BITRE is part of the Data, Research, Strategy & Net Zero Division of the Australian Government Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts.
